Responsibilities:
Preparing financial reportsCommunicating with the Board of Directors and homeowners when neededTax auditsMonthly financial reviewsBank transfersReconciliations Oversee the accounting departmentMonitoring internal controlsStreamlining accounting functions and operations The ideal candidate must have at least two years related experience.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must be organized and punctual.
