Job Title: Coordinator, Business Relations
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
About This Role:
The Business Relations Coordinator is a key member of comScore's Movies Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business relations team and related projects and assist in executing revenue and strategy initiatives.
What You?ll Do:
+ Client support for business relations team.
+ Assist with preparation of proposals, sales presentations, and special projects as needed.
+ Update client relationship management software and assist in contract management including scanning, filing and maintaining log of agreements.
+ Perform administrative support; answering incoming calls for executives, expense reports, event planning, travel coordination and other administrative duties as needed.
+ Assist with collating and compiling physical reports sent to clients.
+ General office support tasks as needed including ordering supplies, greeting guests, general reception duties.
+ Product training to clients may be expected after Coordinator becomes familiar with products.
What You?ll Need:
+ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Excellent computer software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
+ Knowledge of Zoom and Salesforce is a plus.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
+ Proven ability to complete projects on time and with outstanding accuracy and organization.
+ Some experience in theatrical exhibition, distribution, or industry vendor may be helpful.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
