Accounts Payable Specialist
Position Location:
Sherman Oaks area, California
Purpose:
The Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist is responsible for the posting & the reconciliation of general ledger (G/L) accounts, in order to pay the Company obligations a timely manner.
The position is responsible for compiling and maintaining accounting records for all payable systems. The position generates reports on a regular, scheduled basis to reconcile transactions related to company expenditures. This includes working with vendors and service providers to reconcile purchase orders and paying all invoices through the weekly check run process.
Duties:
Ensure that all company bills are paid accurately and timely according to established standards. Reconcile all A/P accounts on a monthly basis to ensure timely monthly closing.
The employers is a high-end cutting edge fashion and beauty manufacturer.
Salary:
$17 per hour for 40 hours BOE or could be an $18-$19 per hour position for 3 days a week.

This is a temp to direct hire position.
