We've just acquired a new Telecommunications client who are looking to massively increase exposure to their brand in 2015, therefore we have multiple trainee openings within customer service & sales as there is a great demand to expand across the United States.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Requires customer service experience preferably with customer leadership management.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire, coach, and hold employees accountable to accomplish strategic goals and related tasks.
Candidates should have a proven track record in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees and managing employee performance.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and leverage key systems to improve productivity, improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
