Rejuve Clinic is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Front Desk Associate who will also take on the role of Social Media Coordinator.
As a boutique wellness clinic in Sherman Oaks, we pride ourselves on enhancing health and beauty through innovative treatments.
The ideal candidate will manage our front desk operations while also crafting engaging content for our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a stellar first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle client inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Process transactions and manage billing inquiries.
Social Media Coordination:
- Develop and post engaging content across all our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Utilize tools like CapCut to create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Analyze social media engagement metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year of experience in a medical spa - Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools like CapCut.
- Experience with Zenoti software is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
