Full Job Description Responsibilities for Front Desk Associate Understand a clients questions / concerns Ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to work In a team work Environment Communicate with dog trainers on schedule and clients Answer phones and take client questions Help with class transitions Ability to work well with dogs Explain to clients in thorough clear detail how packages work Sale products and packages Ability to multi-task and direct customers in lobby MUST be available to work weekends and evenings Holidays off Qualifications for Front Desk Associate High School diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of dog commands Knowledge of different dog breeds History of dog ownership 1-2 years of customer service required Patient and understanding temperament Lift up to 25 pounds Job Type:
