We are looking for a reliable Construction Meeting Coordinator to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
You will be responsible for meeting schedules, clients and prospect management, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities Answer all incoming office phone calls.
Making phone calls to schedule meetings.
Email prospects all necessary information.
Text prospects as needed.
Coordinate and book meetings based on schedule.
Work closely with Yelp.
Respond to any incoming request - Website/Google/FB/Etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Document data and monitor trends.
Must be knowledgeable about the company's projects.
Get a rating from all prospects.
Confirm all meetings.
Skills Friendly personality with high communication skills Experience with talking to clients Preferably experience in construction Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods A positive attitude is a must Understanding of all facets of the construction process Familiarity with CRM software Familiarity with Yelp Ability to plan and see the big picture Excellent time and project management skills Must be coachable Knowledge in sales Must be a Techie and know how to work fast and efficiently with online systems.
