Responsibilities:
Provide in Home Health care treatment in accordance to standard medical practice protocols.
Provide individual patient Physical Therapy Evaluation, follow-up care and Discharge Planning.
Fill in temporary positions available in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Requirements:
Satisfactory completion of an accredited training program.
Current license in the State of California and board certified or board eligible.
Current Driver License RequiredCPR CertificateGL/PL InsuranceMust relate well to all cultural and ethnic groups in all communities.
