Our HR Assistant will be responsible for overall office activities, including assisting the Human Resources department.
For Admin duties, this person will assist with office purchases running errands, assisting with phone calls and meeting preparation.
For HR assistant duties, this person will assist the Human Resources Department with entering data, posting jobs, scheduling appointment, recruitment and various duties.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in HR.
Responsibilities within the company will be added to this entry level position with continued experience and growth.
Must be reliable, accountable, organized, and be able to communicate effectively Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews and meeting setup Processes office supplies and furniture, office equipment, running varies errands etc.
Assist with filing confidential employee files Answer and disseminate calls Distribute mail Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience High school Diploma Able to handle confidential matters Ability to work in fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize tasks.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
